xp789 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xp789 platform, accessible at xp789.cam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "xp789"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

xp789 is an English-language online gaming information platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan and other English-speaking markets. The Platform provides educational content covering casino games, sports betting, bonus terms, responsible gambling guidance and related informational material. xp789 does not operate a gambling service within Pakistan and does not hold a Pakistan gambling license.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and xp789.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the xp789 website accessible at xp789.cam, including all pages, content, features and services available thereon.
• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the Platform by completing the registration process.
• "Content" means all text, images, graphics, data, software, audio, video and other materials published on or made available through the Platform.
• "Operator" refers to any third-party online gambling service provider whose products, services or information may be referenced on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer or incentive made available through the Platform or by an Operator, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "PKR" / "Rs" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, used where currency context is provided for illustrative purposes.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification processes typically required by Operators to confirm user identity, age and address.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, time controls, self-exclusion options and other player protection features that may be offered by Operators.

By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. xp789 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, xp789 will take reasonable steps to draw your attention to them. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and xp789 with respect to your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements, representations or understandings.

To register and maintain an Account on xp789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator and the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Being 18+ does not alone make online gambling lawful in Pakistan — you must also comply with applicable local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling or the use of this type of platform is prohibited.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and maintain it as accurate and current throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, organisation or entity without prior authorisation from xp789.

When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full name, email address, date of birth and a secure password. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, use a false identity, or provide misleading information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. xp789 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account.

Each user may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent termination of all associated Accounts.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Platform. You must not use the Platform in any way that is fraudulent, harmful, abusive or otherwise unlawful.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any non-human access mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Introducing or transmitting any malicious software, viruses or harmful code through the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, arbitrage or any other form of fraudulent or deceptive gaming activity.
• Using the Platform in any way that could damage its reputation or the reputation of any Operator referenced on it.
• Reproducing, distributing or otherwise exploiting any Content from the Platform without express written permission from xp789.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that would constitute an offence under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

xp789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account found to be in breach of these conduct requirements, without prior notice and without liability.

All deposit and payment functionality on xp789 is governed by the policies of the relevant Operator and the applicable payment service provider. xp789 itself does not process, hold or transmit funds on behalf of users.

Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned on this Platform as contextual references for Pakistani users only. These providers do not endorse, support or authorise online gambling, and xp789 makes no such claim on their behalf. Availability of any specific payment method depends on the Operator's current cashier and applicable provider agreements.

Deposit processing times are determined by the chosen payment method and the Operator. xp789 makes no representation or warranty regarding deposit processing timelines.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the Operator's applicable withdrawal policy, including any active bonus wagering requirements, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and KYC verification status. xp789 does not process withdrawals and is not responsible for any delays or denials arising from Operator-side processes.

Users should be aware of the following before requesting a withdrawal:

• Any active bonus must typically be fully wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. Refer to the applicable bonus terms.
• The Operator may apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per period. Check the Operator's T&C for current limits.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period for fraud and AML compliance purposes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed to the same method used for the qualifying deposit, subject to Operator policy.
• PKR currency conversions, where applicable, are handled by the Operator and/or the payment provider at their applicable exchange rates.

All bonus offers and promotional incentives referenced on xp789 are subject to specific terms set by the relevant Operator. Unless explicitly confirmed by the Operator, all figures cited on xp789 are illustrative examples only and must not be treated as guaranteed offers.

Before accepting any bonus, users must read and understand the full bonus terms, including but not limited to the following key conditions:

• Wagering/Rollover Requirement: The total value of bets required before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: A cap on the individual bet size permitted while a bonus is active. Exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering. Slots may contribute 100%; table games or live casino may contribute significantly less. Check the Operator's specific contribution table.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within a specified period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Failure to complete wagering within this window results in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky: Sticky bonuses cannot themselves be withdrawn — only winnings generated from them may be cashed out. Non-sticky bonuses are deducted before withdrawal processing.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses cap the amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-generated winnings, for example PKR 25,000 regardless of total winnings accrued.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Many bonuses require a minimum deposit — for example, PKR 1,000 or PKR 5,000 — to trigger the bonus credit.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any Content without prior written consent from xp789.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes without express authorisation.
• Remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks or credits contained in or on any Content.

Any unauthorised use of Content may constitute an infringement of xp789's intellectual property rights and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

xp789 provides all Platform Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xp789 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content thereon.
• Any inaccuracy, omission or error in any Content published on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any transactions, disputes or interactions you have with any Operator or payment provider referenced on or accessed through the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform or any service accessed through it.
• Any gambling losses you sustain as a result of participating in any online gambling activity.

xp789 is an information platform only. Any decision to participate in online gambling — and any financial consequences arising from that participation — is entirely your own responsibility. Pakistan has gambling restrictions that may affect your legal position. xp789 does not and cannot assess your personal legal situation.

xp789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• xp789 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• You provide false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• xp789 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that are by their nature intended to survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting xp789 support. Account closure requests are subject to the resolution of any pending transactions, active bonus conditions or outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which xp789 is incorporated and/or licensed to operate, which may not be Pakistan. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to different and potentially conflicting laws across multiple jurisdictions.

xp789 makes no representation that the Platform, its Content, or any activity facilitated through it is lawful in every jurisdiction from which it may be accessed. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction before proceeding.

xp789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms, together with the date of last revision, will be published on this page. Where changes are material, xp789 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users.

If you continue to use the Platform after an updated version of the Terms is published, your continued use constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The "Effective Date" noted in the Table of Contents above reflects the date of the most recent revision.
